Opportunities

Putnam General Hospital convened a group of community stakeholders (17 individuals in attendance, representing a cross-section of community-based agencies and organizations) to evaluate, discuss and prioritize health issues for Putnam County, based on findings of the 2015 PRC Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). This exercise yielded the following health topics prioritized for action:
